Kevin Coyne is a poet in North Carolina State's MFA program, studying under Dorianne Laux, Joe Millar, and Eduardo Corral. His poem "On Mission in Haiti" won the 2018 North Carolina State University Poetry Contest judged by Marianne Boruch.
